Light Speed: Arena is a fast-paced, real-time tabletop shooter where quick reflexes and precise positioning determine the winner. Over a series of 10-second rounds, players simultaneously place spaceship tiles on the battlefield, aiming weapons, protecting allies, collecting minerals from asteroids, and avoiding friendly fire.

As the arena fills with ships and obstacles, every placement becomes more tactical. After eight rounds, players use the companion app to scan the battlefield with a smartphone. The app instantly recreates the battle, resolves combat, tracks damage and collected resources, and calculates the final scores—eliminating lengthy end-game scoring.

For players who prefer, scores can also be calculated manually with the Downgrade Pack. Combining real-time tile placement with innovative Scan&Play technology, Light Speed: Arena delivers an exciting sci-fi battle that is easy to set up and thrilling to watch unfold.
