When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Do you offer preorders?

Yes! Preorders are charged at the time your order is placed.

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available.

If you'd like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Are you adding more games?

Absolutely! Gem Trove is a growing collection, and we're always searching for new treasures to add to our shelves.
