Shipping Policy

Gem Trove Games offers free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more (before taxes) within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Orders under $70 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6 within the lower 48 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase, with the exception of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, which are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and free from damage.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Online orders that are cancelled and refunded before shipment are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Preorder items may be cancelled at any time without penalty. If an order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the processing fee will apply only to cancelled in-stock items.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to make it right. To help us resolve the issue, we may ask for photos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the shipping box, as these are often required when working with shipping carriers.

Each situation is unique, and damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best resolution.
